The SS-1 | Submarine Heritage
Under Pressure.
Ready For Anything.
Named for USS Holland (SS-1), the U.S. Navy's first commissioned submarine. A mechanical dive-watch platform built around the same ideas that mattered in the early fleet: reliability, durability and purpose.

Named For
The First.
The SS-1 takes its name from USS Holland, the submarine that marked the beginning of the United States Navy's commissioned submarine force.
That heritage shaped the watch. The SS-1 is not polished nostalgia. It is a straightforward mechanical watch inspired by diesel smoke, machinery, steel and the people who worked beneath the surface.
Time-tested. Purpose-built. Nothing extra.

Built Like Equipment
A Watch You Don't Have To Baby.
The core SS-1 pairs a hardened stainless-steel case with sapphire crystal, a ceramic bezel and an automatic movement. It is tested in-house to 100 meters and designed to move easily between the water, the shop and everyday use.
The point is simple: proven materials, useful specifications and mechanical reliability without unnecessary complication.

A substantial tool-watch footprint in hardened stainless steel, with a 49.9 mm lug-to-lug measurement and 20 mm lug width.
Sapphire + 100M
Sapphire crystal and in-house testing to 100 meters give every core SS-1 the practical durability expected from the platform.
Automatic Power
From Seiko NH-series movements to the Swiss Sellita SW-200, every SS-1 is mechanical and designed to be serviceable for the long haul.

Worn.
The SS-1 was never meant to live in a render. These are real watches out in the world—on wrists, in daily rotation, and doing exactly what a tool watch is supposed to do.
